Hello Saurabh! Thank you for responding. I would say it’s a centrally planned free-market economy with a record-breaking score in “ease of doing business”. Neo-liberalism is an ideology, driving principle behind which is laissez-faire – definitely doesn’t hold true for Singapore. And yes, there definitely is “Singapore- dream”.
